Hydraulic dock levelers with hinged lip of this series is an optimal solution for warehouse and logistic facilities where it is necessary to provide fast and secure loading and unloading at the dock. When activated, the leveler lifts and the lip opens turning into a horizontal position. Then the platform lowers until it reaches the vehicle load bed. Once all work is completed the leveler lifts, the lip lowers and the platform returns to its original stored position.

Hydraulic dock leveler with telescopic of this series is an optimal solution for warehouse complexes and other facilities with loading docks. It offers time saying flexibility for handing all loading situations including side load. The telescopic lip can be extended onto the vehicle bed with the utmost precision. Lip segments all handing vehicles whose bed is narrower than the overall leveler width. When activated, the leveler lifts and the lip slides out. Then the platform lowers until it reaches the vehicle load bed. Once all work is completed the leveler lifts, the lip slides back in and the platform returns to its original stored position.
MECHANIC DOCK LEVELERS (สะพานปรับระดับโหลดสินค้ารุ่นมือดึง)
Mechanic dock leveler is designed to equip loading docks of warehouse and other logistic facilities. It works without electrical supply and can be used in case of back-up or if and electrical hydraulic leveler can not be installed. The leveler is lifted by two operators. As the lip rises, it will automatically swing up and extend. Then the platform lowers until it reaches the vehicle load bed. Once all work is completed the leveler lifts, the lip lowers and the platform return to its original stored position.
VERTICAL DOCK LEVELERS (สะพานปรับระดับโหลดสินค้ารุ่นแนวตั้ง)
Stationary and sliding vertical dock levelers provide a smooth transition between the warehouse flood and the trailer bed bridging differences in height of up to 360 mm. These dock levelers are designed for trailer having approximately the same height difference from the ramp level. The structure is welded directly onto a steel profile that is mounted on the edge of the dock. The rail is used to allow the platform to slide to serve several loading points.
MECHANIC EDGE OF DOCK (สะพานปรับระดับโหลดสินค้ารุ่นมือโยก)
Mechanic edge of dock (EOD) is designed as a simple and economical equipment ideal for servicing trucks with minimal height differences with the dock. The leveler is used in warehouse and logistics facilities docks where it is necessary to provide fast and secure loading and unloading, it works without electrical supply and can be used in case of back out or if pit leveler installation is not feasible. The leveler is lifted with operating handle by one operator. While lifting the lip opens. Next the platform lowers until it reaches the vehicle load bed. Once all work is completed the leveler lift, the lip lower and the platform returns to its original stored position. Installation of the EOD leveler is performed on a special ramp or in the pit.
MOBILE YARD RAMPS (สะพานโหลดสินค้า)
Speed of loading and unloading trucks outside or inside warehouses, factory premises or any industrial territory where loading docks equipped with dock levelers or bridges are not existent is vital for time saving. The best solution in modern logistics is the mobile loading ramp which allows swift up and down movement of forklifts to load/unload cargo. Mobile yard ramps are equipment which does not need any special preparation and can be used in any area of the factory’s territory as long as enough space is available for it’s positioning and operation.
X LIFTS (โต๊ะปรับระดับโหลดสินค้า)
X lifts can accommodate a wide variety of truck styles from pick up to high cube vans, standard semi-trailers and stake bed trailers. X lifts can be pit mounted or surface mounted inside the building or in front of the loading dock. Surface mounted X lifts can be relocated if use in applications where a pit or permanent installation is prohibited.
