LOADING DOCK SHELTERS
Dock Shelters designed to increase sealing efficiency, Enclosures that seal the perimeter of the trailer and form a seal by applying pressure against the sides of the trailer with industrial fabric curtains fitted with fiberglass stays. The seal at the top is created with a curtain designed to reach down to the trailer.

RETRACTABLE DOCK SHELTERS (อุโมงค์โหลดสินค้าคลุมท้าย รุ่นขากรรไกร)
Retractable dock shelters is standard classic model for installation where there is moderate cargo traffic. The front sheets are made of high elasticity. Wear and tear resistant PVC. During loading/unloading a part of the truck body is positioned inside the dock shelter. The top and side sheets cover tightly the truck body and ensure sealing.
INFLATABLE DOCK SHELTERS (อุโมงค์โหลดสินค้าคลุมท้ายรถ รุ่นถุงลม)
Inflatable dock shelter or Air bag dock shelter are used at the loading docks of warehouse and food manufacturing plants equipped with freezing rooms where keeping strict control of temperature at the desired level is crucial. During loading and unloading operations are trailer partially backs into the dock shelter while top and side air bags inflate around the top and sides of the truck body providing tight sealing. When not in use, the air bags deflate. This dock shelter can be controlled from dock leveler control unit having special function of shelter operation control.

Dock seal shelter or Foam pad dock seal is the most economical equipment designed to provide the tightest possible sealing at docks that serve uniformly sized trailers with hard bodies. During loading/unloading operations the trailer (with open doors) backs into the dock seal and compresses the pads by about 50 mm thus forming a tight seal around three sides of the trailer.

Loading dock houses is a modular unit with an installed dock leveler and a shelter. Loading dock house are bolted to a building’s exterior to preserve micro climate, save interior floor space, and seal out unwanted contaminants. These units are ideal for temperature-controlled warehouse and distribution centers where the entire building space is used or trailers can not be parked perpendicular to the building.
